I would give these fixtures five stars for price and appearance; they are exactly as pictured and perfect for the two bathrooms. ;I knocked off a star simply because of an unanticipated delay in shipping. ;When I ordered them on October 12, the info said "usually ships in 1-2 business days." but I didn't receive a shipping notice until October 24. ;They arrived in good shape on October 27. ;
